This is a 12-week coaching experience designed to support you in making meaningful lifestyle changes—with guidance, education and support to help you make changes that work for you.


You’ll be supported with a structured, step-by-step approach, while also having the flexibility to focus on your goals and where you are in midlife—from perimenopause through post-menopause.


Together, we focus on what feels most relevant, taking a practical and manageable approach that fits your daily life.

8 Private Coaching Sessions (over 12 weeks)

Ongoing one-on-one support to help you apply what you’re learning, stay consistent, and adjust as needed. Sessions are flexible and designed to support you throughout the program.
