2. Nature of Services

Rosanne O’Connor provides health and wellness coaching services that focus on education, motivation, accountability, and support for sustainable lifestyle changes. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care.

Health and wellness coaching is not medical advice, psychotherapy, or nutritional counseling.
Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or psychological conditions.

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees for coaching sessions, programs, and workshops are listed at the time of purchase or booking.
Payment is due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise arranged.

Refund Policy:
Because coaching is a service-based relationship involving time and preparation, refunds are generally not issued once a session or program begins. Requests for exceptions (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To respect both your time and the coach’s schedule:

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Group programs and workshops follow the cancellation policy communicated during registration.

7. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. Personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of supporting your coaching relationship, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and NBHWC ethical standards.
Information will not be disclosed without your written consent unless required by law or to prevent imminent harm.

All materials provided on this website—including text, graphics, downloads, and educational resources—are the intellectual property of Rosanne O’Connor, LLC, unless otherwise credited.
