I’m a National Board–Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and ReCODE-Certified Brain Health Coach with advanced training in functional wellness, positive psychology, emotional resilience, and cognitive health.
I help individuals take clear, science-based steps to strengthen memory, sharpen focus, and protect long-term brain health. My work is grounded in the principles of the Bredesen Protocol, ReCODE, and PreCODE Programs, translating complex strategies into practical, sustainable actions that fit real life.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. I helped care for my mother, who lived with Alzheimer’s, and I’ve seen how cognitive decline can affect generations of a family, mine included.
That experience inspired me to focus on prevention. Discovering Dr. Dale Bredesen’s work gave me hope that cognitive decline isn’t inevitable and that addressing root causes can make a meaningful difference. I now follow the Bredesen Protocol myself as part of my own commitment to long-term brain health.
This work is both professional and personal to me. It’s about empowering others to take control of their cognitive health and showing that prevention and even reversal are possible when we take action early.
Health coaching plays a vital role in the success of the Bredesen Protocol. While practitioners provide the “what”—medical testing, data interpretation, and treatment recommendations—coaches focus on the “how.”
I help clients translate their ReCODE or PreCODE reports into clear, attainable strategies for daily life. That means breaking down complex recommendations into manageable steps, offering structure and accountability, and helping you create sustainable routines that fit your lifestyle.
As part of a collaborative care team, I support clients in navigating the many aspects of the protocol—nutrition, sleep, stress management, detoxification, and cognitive engagement—while helping them stay consistent and confident in their progress.
Whether you’re working with a practitioner or just beginning your prevention journey, coaching provides the partnership and guidance to help you put the science into action.
A practitioner’s role is to assess, diagnose, and prescribe, identifying what needs to be addressed and creating a medical or treatment plan.
My role as a health coach is different. I help with the how.
I work privately with clients who are under the care of a ReCODE certified practitioner. In those cases, I help you understand your ReCODE or PreCODE report along with your practitioner’s recommendations, prioritize where to start, and turn those steps into sustainable, real-life habits that support your long-term success.
I also offer group coaching for individuals who may or may not be working with a practitioner. In a supportive group setting, participants learn how to apply the core lifestyle principles of the Bredesen Protocol, including nutrition, sleep, stress management, detoxification, and cognitive engagement, in a practical, step-by-step way.
Coaching provides the structure, accountability, and encouragement to help you follow through on what matters most for your brain and body. Together, we translate knowledge into action, creating sustainable routines that support clarity, energy, and long-term cognitive health.
Where ever you are on your brain health journey, my goal is to make the process feel clear, doable, and aligned with your values, helping you build confidence and consistency one step at a time.
