    Take the free cognitive assessment to determine if PreCODE or ReCODE is right for you. After enrolling, you’ll complete a comprehensive Cognoscopy to get a full picture of your brain health. I’ll be here to guide you through this process and help answer questions.
  2. Get Your Personalized Report
    Your PreCODE or ReCODE Report™ will provide a tailored action plan with recommendations across diet, lifestyle, and supplements. I’ll help you translate these insights into practical steps that work for your life.
  3. Implement and Track Your Progress
    Together, we’ll build sustainable habits and track your progress with cognitive assessments, brain exercises, and tracking tools. I’ll help keep you on track, celebrate successes, and adjust the plan as needed.

You Don't Have to do This Alone

Of the more than 6 million Americans aged 65 and older living with Alzheimer's, nearly two-thirds are women. At age 65, a woman's estimated lifetime risk of developing Alzheimer's is 1 in 5. 


Currently, there are no medications that effectively prevent or cure Alzheimer's Disease. However, there is hope.
