Created for anyone who wants to stay sharp and protect their brain health, the PreCODE Program™ offers evidence-based guidance to help prevent cognitive decline and support everyday habits for optimal long-term function. It's the only clinically proven program to optimize brain health and prevent cognitive decline.

Designed for individuals already experiencing early memory loss or cognitive changes, the ReCODE Program™ uses a personalized, evidence-based approach to help identify and address the root causes of decline. It's the only clinically proven program to reverse cognitive decline in early-stage Alzheimer’s disease.

My role is to support the implementation side of the Bredesen Protocol®—the day-to-day decisions, habits, and follow-through that make your personalized plan workable in real life.
In our work together, I help you:
If you’re working with a Bredesen-trained physician—or planning to—it’s helpful to understand how coaching fits into the process.
Physicians and health coaches play distinct, complementary roles in the ReCODE® and PreCODE® programs.
Sustainable change happens in between appointments, in the context of your daily life. That’s where coaching provides structure, accountability, and steady support.
As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I’m trained to help you build habits, problem-solve obstacles, and stay engaged with your plan over time—without pressure or judgment.

This gives us a chance to talk through your concerns, explore whether ReCODE or PreCODE coaching is a fit, and decide together what next steps make sense.
If we move forward, I’ll guide you through a clear, structured process that supports you as part of a collaborative care team.
Yes. All coaching sessions are held virtually, making it easy to connect from wherever you are. You can receive personalized ReCODE® or PreCODE® support without adding travel or scheduling stress—so consistency feels simple and sustainable.
Health coaching services are not currently covered by insurance.
However, many clients use HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds to pay for coaching.
I also offer flexible payment options and a limited number of Community Access Scholarships each quarter to help make coaching more accessible.
I believe personalized brain-health support should be within reach for everyone.
If finances are a concern, please mention this during your complimentary consultation.
Flexible payment plans and a limited number of Community Access Scholarships are available each quarter for those experiencing financial hardship.
No. However, for us to work together without a ReCODE trained physician involved, you'll need a MoCA score of 27 or higher — an indicator that you're at the stage of prevention rather than needing reversal support. If you don't have a recent score, we can start there.
If your score is below 27, or you're already experiencing cognitive impairment, my coaching services are only offered alongside your ReCODE® enrollment and your physician's care.
Yes. Many of my clients include a partner in the process.
Coaching provides space for both of you to feel supported, build healthy routines, and stay aligned in your shared goals.
I also offer individual sessions for caregivers who want to focus on their own well-being and resilience.
Your consultation is a friendly, no-pressure conversation where we’ll discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether coaching is a good fit. You’ll get a clear understanding of how coaching works and what to expect if we decide to work together.
Most clients meet every week or every other week to allow time for reflection and action between sessions. We’ll adjust the schedule to fit your needs and pace so that you can make progress without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Yes. With your permission, I can share session summaries or updates with your practitioner to support a coordinated approach. This helps ensure that your coaching, medical care, and lab results all work together toward your goals.
That’s perfectly fine! Many clients begin independently and then seek coaching for structure, accountability, and encouragement. Coaching helps you stay consistent and confident as you continue your brain health journey.
Absolutely. Your privacy is very important to me. All coaching sessions and records are managed through Practice Better, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform used by healthcare professionals.
Through your private client portal, you’ll be able to:
It’s simple to use and designed to keep everything organized, confidential, and convenient for you.
There is real hope when it comes to protecting brain health and reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Research shows that an estimated 40–60% of dementia cases may be influenced by early medical and lifestyle interventions.
If you have been diagnosed with MCI (mild cognitive impairment), have a family history of dementia, or are noticing changes in memory, focus, or mental clarity, there are meaningful steps you can take now.
My role is to help you turn science-backed strategies into realistic daily habits that support memory, protect cognitive function, and help you age with clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of control over your future.
Your genes are only part of the story. How you sleep, eat, move, manage stress, and care for your overall health all influence long-term brain health—and the choices you make today can shape how you think, feel, and live for years to come.

One of the greatest honors of my life was helping to care for my mother, who had Alzheimer’s disease.
Long before her diagnosis, Alzheimer’s was her deepest fear—one shaped by watching dementia affect both her mother and grandmother. Anyone who has witnessed cognitive decline unfold across generat
ions understands how heavy and heartbreaking that awareness can be.
I learned about the Bredesen Protocol too late to help my mother, but not too late to change the course of my family’s story—for myself, my daughters, and future generations.
Research now shows that dementia is not simply a matter of genetics alone. Lifestyle plays a meaningful role in brain health, even for those with a strong family history.
That understanding changed how I saw my own future. As I began applying the Bredesen Protocol in my own life, it naturally led me to this work. Today, I help people move forward with informed hope—by turning evidence-based strategies into clear, practical steps that support long-term brain health.
