My journey into brain health began with my own personal struggles—caring for my mother with Alzheimer's and facing my own genetic predispositions. These experiences inspired me to adopt the Bredesen Protocol into my life and become a ReCODE 2.0 certified health coach.
I've witnessed three generations of my family succumb to dementia. As a caregiver to my mother, I experienced firsthand the ravaging effects Alzheimer's had on her and my family. And like Sally in the video above, I'm willing to do whatever I can to stop this familial pattern in its tracks. It is my mission to help you do the same.
My approach is rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment.
