My own experiences with thyroid cancer, navigating the nuances of menopause, and supporting my mother through Alzheimer's have profoundly shaped my approach to health and wellness. These chapters of my life have deepened my empathy and strengthened my resolve to share the power of the coaching process.


Dementia has touched my family deeply, affecting several generations. Discovering this family pattern was a pivotal moment for me, transforming my outlook on health. It highlighted a powerful truth: our genetic blueprint may influence our story, but our daily choices have the power to redefine it. This realization brought epigenetics to the forefront of my philosophy, emphasizing how lifestyle choices can significantly influence our health outcomes.


I am deeply committed to supporting individuals, especially those navigating the transitions that come with midlife, with a focus on the profound impact of lifestyle on our health. Like a plant that flourishes with the right care, our bodies thrive when nourished with balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, mental peace, restorative sleep, and effective stress management. What is a Health Coach?

As your health coach, I am a dedicated partner in your journey to achieve and maintain optimal health and wellness. My role is to provide personalized support and guidance, helping you implement sustainable lifestyle changes that positively impact your overall well-being. While I am not a medical doctor, dietitian, therapist, or personal trainer, my extensive training in areas including nutrition, functional medicine, positive psychology, menopause and brain health grants me a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted nature of health and behavior change.


I don't prescribe therapeutic diets or medical treatments; instead, I offer informed guidance, accountability, and practical lifestyle strategies that complement medical advice and focus on holistic well-being. My approach is rooted in empathy and a deep commitment to your unique health journey. With continuous learning at the core of my practice, I ensure that I am always equipped with the latest and most effective methods and insights.
