There is real hope when it comes to protecting brain health and reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Research shows that an estimated 40–60% of dementia cases may be influenced by early medical and lifestyle interventions.

Why I Do This Work

Transforming generational fear into informed hope

One of the greatest honors of my life was helping to care for my mother, who had Alzheimer’s disease.


Long before her diagnosis, Alzheimer’s was her deepest fear—one shaped by watching dementia affect both her mother and grandmother. Anyone who has witnessed cognitive decline unfold across generat

ions understands how heavy and heartbreaking that awareness can be.


I learned about the Bredesen Protocol too late to help my mother, but not too late to change the course of my family’s story—for myself, my daughters, and future generations. 


Research now shows that dementia is not simply a matter of genetics alone. Lifestyle plays a meaningful role in brain health, even for those with a strong family history.


That understanding changed how I saw my own future. As I began applying the Bredesen Protocol in my own life, it naturally led me to this work. Today, I help people move forward with informed hope—by turning evidence-based strategies into clear, practical steps that support long-term brain health.
